Time-consuming revenue data analysis

With separate systems for accounting and customer data, Anywhere365 spent a lot of time preparing datasets for analysis. They needed to manually integrate data across multiple sources and Excel files, consuming valuable time and resources. As their business grew, the challenge of integrating data from different sources demanded an automated, seamless solution.

SOLUTION

Building an efficient data platform in six weeks

To tackle this challenge, we implemented an Azure-based data platform within a short timeframe of six weeks. The solution automates daily data extraction from multiple systems, performs automated data transformations and makes the data available for use in BI dashboards. In future iterations, additional data sources can be added to the platform with ease.

IMPLEMENTATION

An agile process and smooth collaboration

We used an agile methodology, delivering parts of the solution in two-week sprints. The Anywhere365 team would review our work, provide feedback, and help refine the solution. This iterative process enabled strong collaboration between our teams and allowed us to adapt to changes and new insights during the project. This methodology also enabled a smooth handover, enabling the Anywhere365 data team to take ownership of the platform.

Near real-time insights & reduction of manual work

Our data platform implementation has significantly reduced manual efforts - freeing up valuable resources for more strategic tasks. Datasets are available in near-real time, bringing down time-to-insight. We designed the solution to be dynamic and user-friendly, allowing Anywhere365's analysts to automate additional reporting without extensive data engineering knowledge.
